Vectren Dispatch Facility

The Vectren Gas Dispatch Facility is a pre-engineered metal and masonry building containing 40,000 square feet of office and garage space. The project required that many large vehicles were able to be stored overnight in the 18,000 square foot garage area. This required a 120’ by 150’ clear span area with 20’ eaves. The building contains 12,000 square feet of prep area and 10,000 square feet of office space. The office areas have masonry exterior walls and lower eave heights to reduce the buildings large scale. HCI acted as the construction manager on this project.
