Clarian Hospitals recognized a need for a large hospital in
the rapidly-growing city of Avon, Indiana and enlisted Hokanson
Companies, Inc. to help them with their office building leasing
and development. Hokanson Companies, Inc. is partnering with
Clarian to help realize its vision of a 76 bed, 4-level, 105,000
square foot state-of-the-art Medical Office Building. The project
currently has an expected completion date of Fall of 2004.
