LDI, Ltd. Total Makeover

Hokanson Companies, Inc. recently completed the renovation of the 8 – 9^th floors of the Lacy Building located at 54 monument Circle, Indianapolis Indiana.

The existing space was totally gutted to the original  building structure and built back in a way that reflects the company’s new image.

Hokanson Companies not only managed the construction, but helped in the selection of the architect, negotiated architectural contract, helped with specialty vendor selections and management, managed owner vendors, coordinated the move-in/out and set-up of temporary space during construction, and maintained the entire project budget.

The LDI project mobilized in the fall of 2014 and was completed in May of 2015.
