The Lacy Building

The Lacy Building project involved
a significant renovation of the building, which is on the National
Historic Register. Hokanson Companies counseled Lacy Diversified
Industries on the acquisition and $3.5 million renovation, and
acted as the construction manager on this project. The renovation
included the replacement of the roof and HVAC system while the
building remained occupied. The building also required tuck-pointing,
façade renovations, and upgrade to the integral parking
garage. Additionally, the top two floors were demolished and rebuilt
as the headquarters for LDI, LTD. A special feature of the building
was the addition of an entertainment deck on the roof of the building.
HCI supplies property management and leasing services to the nine-story
building, as well.
