Evansville, Indiana
Hokanson Companies, Inc. worked with Vectren Corporation,
an Evansville-based company, by providing project management
services for their brand new headquarters building. An architectural
masterpiece in the making, the building is a new landmark
on the Ohio River with its eight-story large glass curtain wall.
The large pre-cast and glass building contains 135,000 square
feet and cost approximately 20 million dollars.
In addition to playing the role of project manager, Hokanson Companies is currently providing property management services for this facility.
