Property ManagementWe are happy to announce that we have begun property management of a new 22,744 square foot VA Clinic in Muncie, Indiana.

New Medical Facility

New Medical FacilityHokanson Companies, Inc has recently broken ground on a new 25,000 square foot medical/surgical building for Optum on the northwest side of Muncie, Indiana. 

The building will be occupied by an Ophthalmology group and part of the building will be a surgery center to support the Ophthalmology practice. The site will accommodate expansion of the project should the demand arise. 

Hokanson Companies, Inc. is providing development and construction services and will manage the facility upon completion in Spring 2022. 

Promotion

(April 2021)   Hokanson Companies, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Christopher Horsley to Chief Operating Officer.

Chris Horsley joined Hokanson Companies, Inc. in 1997 while completing his degree in Civil Engineering at Purdue University.  Chris began his employment at Hokanson Companies in the construction area and in 2000 added Property Management to his responsibilities.  Now as Chief Operating Officer, he focuses his efforts on construction, development, and property/facility management.  Chris oversees a team of property and construction managers to provide management services to approximately 5M square feet in a 7-state geographical service area.  Chris also works closely with multiple financial institutions to meet their bank branch real estate needs which includes a 140-branch system across a 3-state geographical area.

Project Completed

Project CompletedConstruction on the single-story, 24,200 square foot build-to-suit medical office building located at 503 Greenwood Trace in Greenwood has been completed for Optum. The Tenant will occupy the facility on April 1st.
